Christina BarberAuthor, Christina A. Barber currently resides in Georgia, but spent most of her life growing up in the suburbs of Mountainside, New Jersey. Encouraged at an early age by her fourth grade teacher, Christina was immediately drawn to the art of crafting stories. In fifth grade she was introduced to the works of Edgar Allan Poe and immediately became a fan.

In addition to her paranormal thriller novel, Greystone, she has several upcoming publications. Christina is a contributing editor to a monthly horror-writing column in The Muse Marquee online magazine. Her short horror story ‘Restless’ will appear in an anthology which will be released in the summer of 2006. Christina is working on her second novel, Seely’s Pond, a dark fantasy.

She belongs to a multitude of critique groups including ‘The Muse It Up Club’, ‘Writers’ Block’ and ‘Critters’.

Christina is a member of EPIC, The Speculative Fiction Foundation and an approved speaker with the ‘About Speculative Fiction’ resource center. She has been a guest on an Australian radio show www.ghostradiox.com.

During her free time, Christina enjoys cooking and being with her friends and family. She has a wonderfully supportive husband who is her biggest fan and a beautiful, creative daughter who also writes her own stories!

Christina has three dogs that take turns sitting under her desk as she works to provide adequate foot warmth for those cool Georgia nights.

The night is restless with more than just canine conversation.  A dark sillouhette atop a neigbour’s roof hold foreboding for the family within.  But why?  Why would a servent of hell itself visit on such a night?  (Horror / Paranormal)
