Greg Engle has been the editor and owner of the website the Cup Scene Daily (www.cupscene.com) for five years.  In those five years the site has developed to a level where it has become a major source of NASCAR news and information.  The site now has on average, one million page views per month.  He authors a great deal of the stories on the site.

In addition to his work on the web, Greg is a published freelance writer and worked full time for the Sporting News in 2006 as a writer.  He is also an active member of the National Motorsports Press Association (NMPA) and has been published in major NASCAR publications.  In early 2007, he won an award as a columnist from the NMPA.

Greg has received bylines in newspapers across the country, including the Cleveland Plain Dealer, The Los Angeles Times, and The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.  He’s also been featured on NASCAR.com, ThatsRacin.com, ESPN and Fox Sports.

Greg spent a total of 23 years in the US military serving in support of Operations Just Cause, Desert Storm and most recently Enduring Freedom.  While in the military Greg won an award for his writing, the article was subsequently read into the US Congressional Record.

He lives in Orlando Florida.
