Maurice and Bobby, two young boys from very different backgrounds, come to discover that they are more alike than they are different. While the boys’ families seem to have nothing in common, the two children find love and companionship and share this discovery with all who will listen.

About the Author
Rudell D. Kopp first attended the University of Maryland as an education major and later graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with her bachelor’s degree in art history, multicultural anthropology and women’s studies. An art specialist at several private elementary schools, she is active in weaving, photography and writing. Kopp’s other projects include a second book in this series, Just Like Brothers…Summer Adventures, which will be released by July 2009, and a companion series about the boys’ two little sisters, Just Like Sisters…In the Beginning, coming out in the fall of 2009.
