While The Deepening no longer acts as publisher of short stories, novels, and fiction, we do allow authors to post their stories up for your reading pleasure. Each author has control of his or her stories and can either offer them for free, charge a fee for you to read it, or ask for donations.
We feel that each short story and each author deserves a reward for bringing you their work, so please do support them in their work by showing your gratitude if you enjoy the story.
